However, in July, EU-China trade kept a trend of decrease, down by 0.8% year-on-year, accounting for 13.4% in total EU trade volume. Of which, EU exports to China were 11.7 billion Euros, up by 12.3%, higher than total EU export growth rate of 4.1%, and accounting for 9.1% of EU’s total exports. China remains the second largest export market of EU. And EU imports from China were 23.9 billion Euros, down by 6.2%, accounting for 17.4% of total EU imports. China remains EU’s largest source of import. In July, EU trade deficit with China was 12.2 billion Euros. | | |
