About Exposition
The CIEHI advocates "Technology Changes Housing," has always been concerned about technology development and application in housing construction and residential energy conservation, and focused on promoting and improving people’s living environment through the application of science and technology. The most authoritative " Urban Rational Development Forum" and " China Healthy Housing Forum" of the CIEHI probe into the international forefront concept of low-power, low-pollution in cities’ smart growth as well as the most healthy, most comfortable, most energy-efficient residential construction technology. There are more than 170 companies to exhibit their housing products including those from America, Canada, Sweden, Japan and so on. The exposition concerns structural system & components, exterior finish & trim, equipment & mechanical system, renewable energy, decoration engineering, interior finish & trim, kitchen & sanitation plumbing.
Review of China International Exhibition on Housing Industry
China International Exhibition on Housing Industry (CIEHI) is a unique large international professional housing exposition in China hosted by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction P.R. China. It is at present the most specialized, authoritative and influential housing exhibition in China.
CIEHI has been successfully held for six times since it was first organized in 1996. Domestic and overseas housing integration producers, building materials suppliers and real estate developers pay great attention and actively exhibited their advanced technology and products in exposition, such as Owens Corning、Dryvit、America Foreign and Paper Association、Kolher, America CenterPoint CS, Canada Wood, European Wood, ToTo, Panasonic Electric Works, Panasonic Air Condition, Japan YKK AP , Holland Wavin, Canada Housing and Mortgage Corporation, Human Settlement Commission, the UN, Housing Bureau of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Government of Japan, Housing Authority and Housing Department of Hong Kong Special Administration as well as other enterprises and international organizations from America, Canada, Sweden, Germany, Holland, Japan and the European Union, etc.; in addition, Beijing New Building Materials Group, Linuo-paradigma Solar Energy, Shandong Laigang Group, Vantone Group, Xixia Construction Group and many other distinguished domestic enterprises exhibited their products and technologies in the past CIEHIs. The exhibits professionally and systematically covered most fields of housing industry, attracting considerable buyers and professional visitors. More than 250,000 professional visitors were present at the past six CIEHIs. During the exhibitions, the CIEHI Committee also held many professional seminars in connection with technology exchange, trade promotion and other subjects well received by the exhibitors and the public.

Ukraine and other emerging nations need product procurement for post-disaster or post-war reconstruction. With the cooperation and coordination of their Chambers of Commerce, Ukraine, Vietnam, Burma, and other emerging countries will send delegations and carry huge amount to participate in this CIEHI for product procurement.
2. Group Procurement Conference
1000 enterprises ranking with first aptitude by China Real Estate Association will attend for corporate product procurement. As one of the CIEHI organizers, China Real Estate Association will organize development enterprises to report product procurement plan via every branches and release the results to exhibitors during the CIEHI.
3. Government Procurement Conference
Anhui Provincial Construction Department will realize government procurement together with provincial key construction projects. CIHEHI will be based on the idea of supply chain management, combined with the actual situation of China’s real estate industry, focus on real estate development companies, propose supply chain management concept of real estate projects starting from the perspective of the entire life cycle to achieve the target of controlling and reducing development costs, enhancing enterprises’ core competitiveness.
2. Technical Standard Training for Guangsha Award
During the exposition, CIEHI will organize lectures and trainings delivered by specialists from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction who participate in Guangsha Award, Healthy Housing Demonstration, A-Class Residential Housing Selection. All the lectures and trainings will be enterprise-oriented, and focus on evaluation standards as well as related procedures.

2. Students’ Planning and Design Competition
University students majoring in architecture, who will be future professional architects, will promote residential energy conservation and environmental protection to the public through this Compitition, in the meanwhile, they will also open up new channels for building software enterprise publicity and business development.
